Online ID and passport photo uploads almost always come with an exact file-size window — "between 20 KB and 40 KB", "no larger than 100 KB". Get it wrong and the form rejects the submission, often without saying why. This tool gives you the common presets as one-tap buttons and compresses to that target while keeping the photo's pixel dimensions intact, because most ID systems also require a fixed size (like 295×413 for a Chinese one-inch photo) and will reject an image whose width or height changed.
